The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need, and freshly renovated. The owner was incredibly kind, always ready to help and available. A lovely touch — wine and a fruit basket to welcome guests. Great location — a quiet area, close to the nearby beach, restaurants, shops, and also to Larnaca and the airport. I warmly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a lovely time in Cyprus.
I would like to sincerely thank Mateusz for the warm welcome he gave me and my family during our vacation in June. We had the chance to stay in the apartment, which met, and even exceeded, our expectations 100%. Close to the local beach, where we were completely alone — we felt like it was a private beach — and close to local restaurants where the prices surprised us a lot, cheaper than in Poland. Close to visiting the island's biggest attractions — we really only drove a maximum of 30 minutes by car, which Mateusz also arranged for us. The only thing that could be improved — you could offer breakfast. We will definitely be back, I recommend it!
I highly recommend this apartment! I spent a wonderful stay here in May and I'm delighted. I stayed in the blue apartment, which was very clean, well kept, comfortable, and beautifully equipped. The owner is an incredibly kind, helpful, and warm person — I felt welcome from the very beginning. The location is perfect — just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful beach, as well as to the centre of Larnaca, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions. The area is quiet, safe, and very charming. Everything matched the description, and was even better than I expected. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Cyprus, and I recommend this place with a clear conscience to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. We stayed at the green apartment two weeks ago and we had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay again!
I highly recommend it — we fly to Cyprus regularly, a few times a year, and we've been through a huge number of apartments. The whole rental process, as well as the apartment itself, was top notch. Mr. Mateusz was very helpful and available whenever needed :) The apartment itself is great, freshly renovated with everything you need, great working internet and everything else :) Very quiet area, a 7-minute walk to the beach, and on the beach you're practically alone :) Highly recommend :)
